January Favourites

Too Faced Foundation & Blush

So I’ve found my new holy grail foundation, Too Faced Born this Way foundation in Snow is my all time fave. It’s a buildable formula, dewy, doesn’t break me out. It;s everything i have been searching for, so much so that I even got rid of my Mac foundation (well, sold it).
Leading on from this, Too Faced Papa don’t Peach blush is the only blush i use and i cannot stress this ENoUGH!! This is the most dewy, glowy peachy blush ever. I’m in love. Everyone who personally knows me knows that I used to hate blush but this has made me fall in love. The small cute compact with the mirror is aesthetically pleasing and I reach for this every time i do my makeup.

ABH Modern Renaissance

I recently rediscovered for this palette and concluded this was my all time fave eyeshadow palette, especially the shade burnt orange – it’s a staple if you have green eyes. The formula, the shades, tones, everything about this palette is perfect for me. I pray that ABH never discontinue this palette, the pinks, oranges, shimmer and brown is everything i need in a palette. Okay I’m going to breathe now. I got excited typing that.

Hoola bronzer

Despite having tons of choice of contour and bronzer I just can’t stop reaching for this bronzer every time i do my makeup! It makes me look contoured and bronzed in one go, I love the tone of it too. It’s kind of a fool proof bronzer and can we talk about how you can use it daily and it doesn’t even get a dent in it!? What’s this sorcery?

Colourpop lip liner in Brink

If you’ve read my recent Colourpop haul you’ll know that I’ve found my new fave lip liner, Colourpop make lip liners like no one else. It’s the most creamy and pigmented formula, for 5 freaking dollars too!! I have actually used this liner as a lipstick it’s that amazing.

Simple moisturiser

If you have acne prone skin like me you will know the hunt it takes for you to find a moist user that doesn’t break you out! Obviously everyone’s skin is different so what might work for me might not work for you. However this moisturiser is a really decent one, especially for £3. It really does the job, smells really nice and fresh and really hydrates. I love how it soaks in fairly quickly too but leaves you feeling hydrated.
